While workplace investigations follow established principles and best practices, I recognize that every organization is different. In the first stage, I work with clients to understand their specific needs, concerns, and goals. This allows me to tailor the investigation plan accordingly to reflect their workplace culture, policies, and priorities, while maintaining a fair, neutral, and thorough process. The plan will be shared with you at the outset of the process, and any proposed modifications will be discussed as the investigation progresses.
